Mr. BN Chaturvedi is the Founder of VB Law Associates, who had graduated in law from University of Allahabad and started his practice in High Court of Judicature at Allahabad in 1987. He had been a distingushed lawyer throughout his career and gained his specialization in Civil-Services and Constitutional matters and was renowned for his wisdom and litigation experience in Constitutional and civil law. He has also catered as an empaneled counsel for Allahabad Bank (now Indian Bank), he has further contributed towards several landmark judgments.
He had graduated in law from University of Allahabad and has started practising in High Court of Judicature at Allahabad from the year 1983. With his interest in Civil Laws, he gained his specilization in the same. He has also served as pannel counsel for Goverment of India and senior pannel counsel in University Grants Commission.
She had graduated in law from University of Allahabad and has started practising as a lawyer at High Court of Judicture at Allahabad from 2003. She is specialized in Civil-Services, Constitutional and Company matters and has bagged several AFR cases as well. She has also served as amicus curiae and is currently representing Goverment of India before Allahabad High Court being its empanelled counsel and is also contributing as an empanelled Mediator Mediation and Conciliation Centre, Allahabad High Court.
A Gold Medalist in law, graduated from Amity Law School, Lucknow. She is a distinguished advocate known for her sharp argument skills and successful appearances in numerous Constitutional, Criminal, and Corporate Matters. She has started her career from being a law researcher under Hon'ble Justice Dhananjaya Yeshwant Chandrachud - Former Chief Justice of India and thereafter she started her career as an advocate in High Court, Allahabad. She is also empanelled as a counsel for the Allahabad High Court Legal Services Committee and is also an editor in Indian Law Reports - Allahabad Series. She has a strategic approach and client-focused representation.
He has graduated from Amity Law School, Lucknow and is a seasoned legal professional with over nine years of experience across U.S. and Indian legal systems, specializing in personal injury and automobile accident litigation for U.S.-based law firms. He is adept in litigation drafting, e-discovery, and legal research. A former Law Trainee at the High Court of Judicature at Allahabad, he has also served, honing his expertise in document review and legal process management.
He has graduated in from Allahabad State University, and being a young lawyer, he is vibrant and is practising in Civil, Corporate and Criminal Laws. He brings tech-savvy legal research and modern litigation insights.
